How to order a Keepsake from Mabel Hannah Keepsakes
ORDERING PROCESS
Step 1. DM Instagram MabelHannahKeepsakes with the following details in your message:

Step 3. Simply package your clothing and send it to:

Step 4. Magical Transformation Turn Over Time
Once we received your parcel, we will let you know that it has arrived. The average waiting is 2-4 weeks, but it can be shorter or longer depending on how many orders we have in front of yours. Please note the only way to secure a spot is by making an order.
When the Keepsake is made, we will send it back to you and we will advise you of the delivery details.
Important Instructions
♡ Be sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook page, and direct message me with your information. I would like to thank you for following us by offering a $10 discount when you make your first order with us!
♡ Please pre-wash all your clothes before sending them out because once your Keepsake has been made, it is not recommended to be washed.
♡ Please refer to product details on the Product page with respect to the number of clothing needed depending on the Keepsake you are ordering. If you want to send additional items just in case that is fine. Please attach a note to specify which ones are additional items and only use additional items if required. The unused additional items will be returned to you together with your Keepsake.
♡ Once the items of clothing have been cut they cannot be put back together. If you would like the leftover cuttings from your items of clothing to be returned with your Keepsake(s) please notify this in your message.
♡ Each and every order is incredibly important to us. So if you require any changes to your order, please notify us as soon as possible. In the event that the process of making your item has already been started, these changes may not be able to be made.
♡ Please trust us with our creativity, extra care and time dedicated to designing, adjusting where the items of clothing are placed, and creating Keepsake with its own uniqueness and individuality. If you have a request as to where you would like any item of clothing to be placed, there must be clearly instructions given. Please advise us of this in your message.
♡ Please take into consideration that our Keepsakes are 100% handmade. No two Keepsakes are the same because each has its own individual characteristics. We hope you love our creation but due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept responsibility if the Keepsake is not the same as you imagined.
♡ All Keepsakes on default will be delivered to the Sender's address. However, if the Keepsake is going to be a gift for someone else and you would like us to send it over directly to that person, please advise us on your note with the Name of the Recipient, Contact Number, and Delivery Address.
Care Instructions
Every single one of our Keepsakes is created with love by Rosalie. Detailing and finishes are done by hand in conjunction with a home sewing machine.
All Keepsakes from Mabel Hannah Keepsakes are handcrafted keepsake mementos and are not meant as toys for children. We recommend displaying our Keepsakes as a piece of art, it is for display purposes only. We don't accept any liability due to misuse and all purchases are non-refundable.
Treating your Keepsake with care will keep it looking new for years to come. Here are a few instructions for proper care and to help keep your Keepsake in optimal condition:
♡ Display your Keepsake out of direct sunlight and in a smoke-free area to keep the colours from fading.
♡ Once in a while, dust gently using a lint roller or gentle duster.
♡ Treat any stains immediately with a damp cloth to gently clean the surface of your Keepsake. The Keepsake is not machine washable or dry cleanable as this may cause damage and/or loss of shape.
♡ If you choose to store your Keepsake, put it in a calico bag, a cotton sheet, or a pillowcase. It is best to store it in a dark, dry place.
Embroidery and Personalized Orders
If you choose to personalize your Keepsake with embroidery. Please make sure you double-check with words, dates, and spelling that you provide the correct information. If a mistake is made in your message, unfortunately, we will not be held responsible for this and there will be additional charges if a correction is needed.
For every Keepsake gift box, we want to give it a personalized touch. An elegant personised gift tag will be created for each finished Keepsake for the special person.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds on any of our Keepsakes unless they are faulty.
Of course, we are anxious for you to be delighted with your purchase so if there is any issue or problem with your order please get in touch with us right away and we will be very happy to help.
However, we can offer changes of mind on the selection of design only if we have not yet started making your Keepsake.
Gift Card
If you wish to give a Keepsake as a gift to your special one, you can order a Gift Card from us and we will send it to the recipient, in that way, your special person can shop and select a Keepsake of their own.
